Stafford’s new edition to the hinged shaft collar line has an affixed handle which permits frequent removal and reassembly.

Stafford’s hinged collar with a swing-away clamp handle features a permanently joined handle that fits into a precision machined recess and seats securely when hand tightened, but opens quickly to release the collar.

Designed for applications requiring a secure collar that needs to be frequently removed or repositioned, this integral clamp handle provides the holding power of a standard high strength collar and eliminates the need for tools.

Offered in sizes from 3/8” to 6” I.D. with a smooth-, threaded-, or tapered bore for tightly joining flanges, Stafford’s Hinged Collar with a swing-away clamp handle is available in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Providing the rigidity of a two-piece clamp-type collar, it features a triple-link hinge and the pivoting handle is knurled for a sure grip.
