Stafford’s High Temperature Shaft Collars and Couplings are designed for use in conveyors, furnaces, ovens, oil & gas, and other process environments with temperatures up to 1,650°F.
High Temperature Shaft Collars are offered in one-piece, two-piece, hinged, and flanged designs and the Rigid Clamp-type Couplings come in a wide range of configurations including one-, two- and three-piece, stepped bore, and dual-keyed styles for unsupported shafts.
They can be machined from Type 330 Stainless Steel for applications up to 1,650°F, Hastelloy® C-276, and other customer specified alloys.
Suitable for a wide range of applications in high-heat environments, these collars are offered with bore sizes from 1/2” up to 4” I.D. and can be modified with special hexagonal, square, or threaded bores and mounting holes on the face or O.D.
Applications include drive systems, agitation equipment, and structural components.
