Provide hand adjustable, precise, static phase adjustment
Use as a rigid coupling or component mount
Includes standard keyway
Maintains shaft alignment
The 100:1 Phase Adjuster Coupling is a multi-function component with unique capabilities. As a coupling it makes it easy to adjust the phase relationship between two shafts. As a component mount, it makes it easy to adjust the phase relationship between shaft and a mounted component.
Phase adjustment is accomplished when the drive system is stopped. Adjustments are made by hand in either direction by adjusting the knurled outer ring producing infinitely variable relative rotation of the hubs through a 100:1 reduction ratio.
Rotary Encoder Collars add speed sensing capability to shafts. Machined from aluminum, they feature steel targets that can be read from both the face and O. surfaces. Since they are fully split, they can be mounted to shafts without the need to remove other components. Suitable for new and retrofit applications, they are designed to operate in the presence of oils or coolants.
